GE 789488 38W Halo FLD Bulb - Energy Efficient Fluorescent Light Bulb for Ceiling Fixtures, Recessed Lighting & Commercial Use

I bought 8 of these GE model 69168 halogen bulbs between October of 2018 and now (December 2019) through various listings on Amazon, but always the same model number. They have started to burn out again, after a year or less for each bulb! I’ve had to replace 2 of the 10 in my apartment already. The previous tenants had a set of Sylvania bulbs for the combined 4.5 years they were in my apartment, and they only began to burn out after I moved in. The <1 year of these GE bulbs is terrible reliability in comparison. I would give these zero stars if I could.
