Refurbished Xbox 360 250GB Halo Reach Limited Edition Console Bundle - Complete Gaming System with Wireless Controller - Perfect for Home Entertainment & Multiplayer Gaming

This is the first review I have ever done on anything, so please bare with me. I'll post pros/cons and probably go into a little bit more depth than normal on some of them.The CONS:The posting showed the Halo Reach Console and a matching Halo Reach controller. I received the correct console but the controller was completely different (picture of controller will be attached). It was some "Custom" made controller and I later reviewed the listing which states that "This award-winning, high performance wireless controller is custom designed to match the console". So they sent me the wrong controller because it did not match the console, its chipped at the battery pack area, and the start button doesn't work unless you REALLY press it hard. Also, the controller is a bit dirty too on the start button and other spots. (I posted the listing that was false as well).When you post a refurbished Item, I believe you would assume the Thermal paste is new, It has been cleaned not only on the outside but the inside, and some fixed up areas here and there. The System does run a little too hot even though this is one of the later versions of Xbox 360s that should have better cooling. You can see that the inside of the console has not been cleaned because of the amount of dust/dirt you see through each vent from top to bottom (Pictures Posted). The disc tray is not flat with the system and sticks a bit out too (picture Posted). I honestly don't want to open it up because I don't want to make a mess of dust/dirty in my room.The Pros:For a console that came out in 2010, It looks VERY good. Obviously there are gonna be scratches here and there, but over all condition is pretty good. No cracks or chips anywhere, just scratches or some paint that wore off in small non-noticeable areas. The console works, no glitchy screen tears or random freezing. I've probably played for about 4 hours so far on it. Probably my favorite part is the custom recharging shield noise the console does when you turn it on and off, or even with the disc tray too.The power block and cords looked brand new. The ports on the Xbox look like they were cleaned out and taken care of because there were no broken or bent pins inside.The 250gig Hard drive works and so far no issues. I opened the slot and it looked like that was cleaned out because I saw no dust in there.Over all, I give this a 3/5 simply because it was not cleaned on the inside, they sent me the incorrect controller, and the disc tray is off. For $191 I could of gotten it off of eBay with the correct controller sadly and in the same condition too. If I received the correct controller, I would say this would of been a 4/5 star review. If the purchase had none of the cons above, It would be a 5/5.
